RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Give milk to your child to hours after dinner and maintain a minimum gap of 30 to 40 minutes in between milk time and sleep time. This way your child will have dinner and milk properly before going to the sleep so probably your child will not keep waking up in small intervals for another feed
