ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no there is no such issues related to the baby but at 3 years baby is not getting adequate nutrition if you breastfeed the baby.
You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon

It's important to remember that it also promotes proper jaw and tooth development in kids. Infants who are exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months are less likely to have crooked teeth or bite alignment issues.
