#AskTheExpert doctor, I have this medicine (Mefkind-DS Suspension) .Can I give this paracetamol? And which salaine nasal drops?

A. yes if baby has fever so baby can have a warm head and soles as compared to the rest of the body and it s called as normal. This is due to hyper dynamic circulation. Should measure baby s temperature by thermomtr at armpits. If above or 100 farenheit then it s called fever in babies and needs treatment Give calpol as per baby s weight and also if above 102 then start cold sponging.
