#AskTheExpert Doctor I had a ceaserean delivery seven months before and post delivery whenever i get up after feeding i feel dizzy.Please advice me

A. Hi You need to take extra fluids for feeding the baby. Have a glass of warm milk with shatavari & haldi before Breastfeed keep snacking every 2 hours. also make sure to add enough electrolytes in your diet.
