Siloderm cream is used for the treatment of nappy rash, cracked feet, bedsores, rashes from detergent, etc. It contains dimethicone (also called polydimethylsiloxane), cetrimide, calamine and zinc oxide. This cream is meant only for external application and should be applied exactly as advised by the doctor or pharmacist.
