dear madam,
my baby is premature weighting 1.1 kg and four months old now. my breast milk secretion is very low and only 10 ml. I started formula milk but weight not increasing.she is only 3.2 kgs now. please suggest some medicine to increase breast milk secretion.

Hi mommy 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly 
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals 
Maintain hydration

Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial  stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple  and then gradually you can start with some purie of carrot potato and some  other foods which can be given are porridge of suji  sabudana which can be prepared  in breast milk ogr formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two  tsp bwhich can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day
