#asktheexpert can you suggest me if I can start ceralacs to my twins baby. They are 4months now and 5th just started. Is yes than which 1 should I start and do I need to make it full liquid?

A. Hello there sir. Please do not worry about it too much. But it is not advisable to give anything to the babies till the age of six months. Only breast feed the babies. You can start formula milk and semi solid food only after babies complete six months of age. Thanks and take care
