See For stretch marks I can definitely give you a solution but for tightening up your belly you’ll have to start working out whenever you are comfortable after your delivery after consulting your gynaecologist go for a proper workout to tone up your body and the first red marks I can say that you should apply vitamin C oil regularly on to the affected area
