#AskTheExpert Can we give Yakult for kids 4yrs and 10Yrs. how it will help them.. is there any similar one which we can cook and give them..

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes yakult is good for babies. It is a probiotic that helps to improve the digestion of the baby by adding favourable bacteria in stomach. U can give curd, yoghurt as probiotic other than yakult. Take care
