#AskTheExpert can iron syrup and folic acid tablets be taken together during second trimester? and please tell me correct way of taking iron supplements..

A. yes . iron n folic acid tablets r taken yogether infact iron tab also hav recommeneded folic acid dose. u take it tigether sleep well n take a balanced siet
