#AskTheExpert Can I take chic nutrix super c tablet (vit c) which says it has amla and zinc in it and have 1000mg of vit c from the extract of amla. I have 4.5 month of baby and m breast feeding her. Can I take this tablet and will it affect my baby in any way or will it affect my milk production or anything like this ? I am attaching screenshot of ingredients mentioned on the tab
