Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give all the fruits except citrus fruits if the baby is having cold and if the child is having cold and cough for now you can give steam inhalation to the child and then consult your doctor so that he can examine the child properly and then only the medicine shd b given
