ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can apply very little to avoid sweating and as weather is very hot so give diaper free time to vaby for two to three hours abd change diaper after every four to five hours interval

you can use coconut oil or rash cream before next diaper
have diaper free time
