Yes you can use pump regularly
After your baby has finished eating you can use pump to ensure that your breast milk is completely drained
Breastfeeding on a regular basis will naturally cause your body to produce more milk If you want to boost your supply even more then plan a daily pumping session with a manual breast pump to encourage your body to produce more milk Keep in mind that the higher the demand the more milk you will produce
