ji ,kai tarike he ,jese ki :
ye jyadatar 'demand and supply' formula pe kam krta he , pehle to me bachche ko sirf breastfeeding hi dene ki salah dungi.
dusra ,khane me kuchh chize he jese ki moringa , ajwain seeds , palak , sukhemeve , taje fal jyada le.
