dusra reason stomach me worms ho skta hai..
aap apne Pediatrician se ek baar consult kare aur bacche ka proper health checkup krwaye

It may b worms You please get it checked with your doctor and give D warming medication to the child I think that is going to help because when a child is grinding its teeth most of the times and this is the only reason which is most commonly associated with it
