#asktheexpert baby is now Growing and started playing outdoors how to protect from sun tanning. because they do not listen and play outdoor mostly.

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy skin and hair.

U Apply a sun block on to the body of the child under the brand mamma earth as it was supposed to be very good at about half an hour prior that your son goes to the outside place to play so you can definitely start using it and once your child is back just clean it properly give a bath and all and your child is going to be better that way
