You should start using a proper sunscreen lotion now and in generally reduce standing now you can make a slurry of raw milk and white bread and applied to that area where the tanning is leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes once it becomes a little dry just scrap it gently which is what is going to be good enough to reduce down the tanning over the period
