ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, not at any month age , as u shld not to give Gripe water because it can some times result in infection . Moreover if baby is having gases discomfort you can deal it by doing tummy time for him. Massaging the tummy in gentle circular motion . Doing leg peddling exercises. Giving gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops.
