#asktheexpert As per doctor's prescription I have taken vitamins medicine for 3 months but when I stopped it I am going through leg pain, cramps in legs, I can't bend for long time. even I can't sit for long time. Why this is happening? What should I do? Do I need to do exercises for this?

A. in case you have so much difficulty then I would strongly suggest you to consult your gynecologist and to avoid any future complications or deficiency please take medicines as per advice
