A. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give properku breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking wcill also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
