No dear it won't affect.eans you feed your baby rest times don't have baby bear you. you can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all but for any other isseus I suugest to see your doctor n decide. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through. Your baby will not be affected and won't go sick.
