Q.

#AskTheExpert# am 7 months pregnant that is 30 weeks.. am not able to sleep in side position, back pain n side pain is there... I had c section in 1.5 years back ,that was my frst baby... but now I couldn't sleep for a while also...any suggestions

A. hi mom if there r no complication in your pregnancy then u can sleep in any position u want to ur u r comfortable so u need to not worry
