A. You can take support of pillow and also use hot water bag while lying down and use a hard bed to sleep avoid forward bending abd long standing hours and take rest and eat calcium and iron rich foods

A. mam i stopped the iron tablets from 1 month And, I am starting from tomorrow onwards is there will be any prblm I have stopped the tablets
