#AskTheExpert after delivery I am not able to loose weight what can I do to reduce weight and especially tummy !?

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. Tummy fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Exercises like abdominal crunches helps to tone the stomach muscles.
