#asktheexpert after delivery how many woman's piles problem..nd also me suffer this problem and it is very painful piles/fistula /fissure tretmain operation medicine homeopathy but not successful

Yes , it's observed because of chronic constipation.
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
Walk more
Don't. eat tough to digest food
Take more probiotics and citrus fruits
