#asktheexpert I have 2.5 month old baby. I suffered from piles. this is very painful. please suggest any solution.

A. Hi parent Consult your gynaecologist who will. prescribe a gel to apply which will give some relief from pain to get rid of piles , please consult experienced ayurvedic physician Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 359
