#asktheexpert after c section what are the physical activities r food to avoid and with how much duration

A. Hello you can continue to do all physical activities after 1 month. Include lot of protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, pulses. Add galactogogues like dink, ajwain seeds, fennel seeds, coconut, milk, shatavari, almonds walnuts dates for good milk production

A. after c section you can start with exercise as yoga brisk walking low intense exercise after 4-6months as you feel healed up.. you should avoid oily spicy food.. chole chana rajma,chana dal.. keep your self well hydrated..
