Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is needed to examine. Physician near by you or your family doctor should be consulted for this and no medication should be started by yourself because it need a proper assessment before giving any medication .

it could be insect bite , injury or Infection
so please visit your pediatrician for once.
try cool pack on it
keep that area clean.
don't try any other remedies.
