give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid drops thrice a day regularly

Little Bit of spitting is considered completely normal with kids at this age but if your child is vomiting quite a lot then you consult your doctor is could be due to indigestion or stomach reflux in this case the doctor would be able to guide you with the right medicine and within no time your child will start feeling better
