A. Hello mam , why are you tensed . Your mental status would also effect the baby . So be relaxed and take usually Healthy foods and keep yourself well hydrated that is very much important . Avoid refined foods and also outside foods , foods containing MSG , also you need to avoid pineapple and papaya through out the pregnancy
