#asktheexpert 15th week is running,still not able to take calcium and iron supplements, whenever i start it causes gastritis nausea and vomiting, and Aspirin 150 also I'm taking, what to do? I contacted my gynec they suggested pan D for 5 days, after stopping this tablet symptoms reoccur what i have to do

it is common in pregnency.
you can overcome this by taking good iron and calcoum rich diet.
for kore do talk to your gynec about it.
