My son is 3 year old. He face cold n cough every 2 to 3 months even he has good diet. he takes green vages, soups, mild warm water but still he face the problem. pls tell me what I should do to cure him from cough n cold.

that's due to kids having low immunity till age 5..
You can help prevent your child from colds by- 
-wash more often your n child's hands.
-Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Don’t smoke and avoid agarbatti Or incense stick .

Take a cup of water with well cleaned tulsi leaves and black betel leaves and Indian borage leaves in it along with black pepper. Boil this mixture until the water is reduced to half. Then once the water is lukewarm u can filter it and give it to ur child.
