add small munches inbetween after 2 hours interval and regularize your meal timings.
avoid junk, processed and junk foods, carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour, lots of sugar, salt and fats.
can do some easy exercise or yoga or go on a walk.
Debashree NathMom of a 5 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi.. First of all try to cut down on all refined food items like refined oil, sugar, maida etc from your diet.
Early morning have a glass of warm water with honey and lemon.
Have a king size breakfast considering it to be the most important meal of the day but keep it protein and fibre rich and less on carbs. You can have eggs, vegetables, paneer, dal, fish, chicken etc along with little rice or chapattis.
Have some fruits in between your breakfast and lunch.
In lunch have oats amounting to the size of your fist and not more than that.
In the evening have a cup of green tea with two Marie biscuits.
In dinner have two small chapattis with vegetables or dal.
Walk for atleast 20-30 mins everyday.
