Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! If baby is skin is dry and patchy it is due to winter.
If baby had small rashes then it might be due to body heat or unsuited products like cream/soap or massage oil.
Feed more water and fluids which reduce body heat and do normal luke warm water bath.
Apply coconut oil on rash area due to insect bite or body heat those rashes will disappear within a day.
Avoid using any products that are newly started example changing of baby soap/cream.
