I have been using Sebamed rash cream for my baby for 5 months! It didn’t work sometimes. I have switched to cleaning with a wet small hamd towel instead of wet wipes twice. But the water used should be warm! Try using diaper rash cream having zinc oxide as one of the ingredients. Now i am using cetaphil diaper cream and it really works.
Instead it f using wet wipes you can wipe with wet cloth!
