#askexperts I m a mother of 7 months old baby. after my c section, I am continuously gaining weight and didn't get my period, suffering from acne and fat.. plz suggest home remedies to reduce my problems.

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr old child4 years agoA. Hi. If u are breastfeeding mother then u will start getting periods once u stop breastfeeding.
For acne problem, apply aloe Vera gel on the face at night. Wash next morning. It will help to clear acne and marks.
To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight.
