Weight gain or belly fat needs to be assesed for hormonal problems like thyroid etc . Also for weight loss need to take a proper balanced nutrition and a good physical activity is needed.
Stretch marks are due to skin layer tear. They change color also . Stretch marks should be prevented or else difficult to remove. They fade on their own with time
