#askdoctors What is the best nut to introduce to my 1.5 years after almond... Is pista better or walnut... please advise. Thank you

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. hello both pista and walnut is good and you can be giving both of them and even almonds are also good to be given and also include dates and raisins fig apricot as each of them have their own benefit and will help in the growth of your child also
