ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well if the scar is paining then taje a break. do not work out. try to do simple ones only so that body gets used too. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

U Definitely need to consult the doctor because maybe your inner stitches have not healed completely as of now and before going for any kind of exercise you need to get it checked with the doctor and the doctor can advise you better as to what kind of exercises you should be doing which is not going to affect your stitch area
