Ask the expert # My baby is 11 months old . She does very tight potty , she cried a lot while doing potty . I am giving her Janam ghutti because her stomach is not clear . Also grape water I gave plz help me out for this situation.

A. to avoid constipation in the baby it is advisable to give lot of water for the baby to drink give all seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana to the baby .
