SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes you can eat beetroot,carrot and all fibre foods you can also eat all type of pulses and sprouts. Take home-made food which are best for a breastfeeding mom. Have hot and fresh food. Instead of three big meals you can take five meals in a day in a smaller interval. Also take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important for a breastfeeding mom. Latch your baby more which helps in improving the breast milk.Write Your Answer Here
