#Ask the expert Hi.. i m in 4th week of cycle, i m not taking any medicine regarding infertility.. i m feeling slightly heaviness n tenderness in my breasts, urge to pee alot.. the colour of my urine is pale yellow. i m feeling thirsty also alot in winters.. are these pregnancy symptoms or they are just PMS..?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear these all can be symptoms of the pregnancy as well but Not all of these symptoms are unique to pregnancy. It is also important to note that early pregnancy does not always cause noticeable symptoms.The best way for a person to find out if they are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.
