as iam undergo c-section when I can eat fried items, all veggies, is it neet complete 6 month to avoid everything for me

Fried and junk food you should avoid for a while apart from that there is no restriction on eating anything I’m suggesting you as a gender standards with what your doctor is advising y if there’s any particular thing that your doctor advising you not to eat then you should proceed with their advice otherwise there is no problem
