As I am breastfeeding mother, heavy hairfall & weight gain.

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi hairfall is seen sometimes during lactation please ask your doctor and take a good multivitamin also eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits, nuts like almonds and walnuts 3 to 4 pieces daily
