are there any side effects of expressing breast milk with hand?

ExpertVarshaLactation Expert7 years agoA. Maintain personal hygiene and express milk. Don’t punch your nipple. Please check the correct position to hold your breast while hand expressing. Massage your breast before expressing. If it’s hard, dip your breast in a warm water cup and repeat it if it’s too hard. Then wipe the excess water and massage before expressing.
