Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes just mother feed is priority .Mother milk is very important for the baby especially for the first six month of life so exclusive breastfeeding should be done till 6 month of age and after that top feeding can be started with rice and pulse water
