ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. j Sugary drinks are drinks that contain added sugars. Added sugars are sugars and syrups that are added to drinks or foods during processing or preparation. Sugary drinks often have little nutritional value other than extra calories. avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes. you can give curd , buttermilk that is other dairy products if child doesn't like milk much. they too have same nutritional value.

NikitaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. they might be safe, but don't add any nutritional value, and our full of sugar. you can instead try kesar, badam, milk etc. If the child takes milk products in other forms like paneer, curd, cheese, milk is really not taht important.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy6 years agoA. These drinks are meant for babies above 2 years. However I wouldn't suggest to give as these are loaded with sugar and have additives.. Give nutritious food which are home made and include all type of fruits and vegetables including dairy products so that the child gets all nutritions. Milk is not necessary at all
