Q.
applying Vicks and camphor on tummy eases the belly fat reduction..has this any side effects on baby if baby is on breast feed.

for belly fat reduction overall weight reduction is required
eat mindfully control intake of unhealthy high fat , sugar and salt containing processed food and beverages junk food
exercise regularly 45 to 60 minutes daily after consultation with doctor including stomach strengthening exercises
