Nitieka RaawalMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello, There is no harm but definitely you can try some kitchen ingredients for better milk supply..like ajwain water, jeera water, green leafy vegetables, garlic, milk, gond ladoos, pleny of water..Have warm water always

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy5 years agoA. hello taking lactate tablet ii s absolutely safe to be taken which is not a problem.. it does not have side effects and it is also recommended to have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
